تأسست شركة الحسن غازي إبراهيم شاكر عام 1950م، وتعتبر واحدة من أوائل الشركات التي أدخلت أجهزة التكييف والأجهزة المنزلية عموماً إلى المملكة. وتمتلك الشركة حقوق التوزيع الحصرية للعديد من العلامات التجارية العالمية الرائدة، وهي الوكيل المعتمد الوحيد لشركة إل جي في المملكة.
وواصلت الشركة مسيرتها المتنامية بخطى ثابتة ورؤية واضحة على مر السنين حتى أصبحت علامة تجارية متميّزة وعنواناً بارزاً في تسويق الأجهزة المنزلية والتكييف، واحتلت الصدارة كأفضل مزودي حلول التبريد والتكييف في المملكة ودول المنطقة.
تمثّل شركة شاكر اليوم في المملكة 8 علامات تجارية عالمية ورائدة حول العالم، من خلال سلسلة معارض حصرية ومراكز خدمة على أعلى المستويات ومستودعات وأكاديميات تدريب وتطوير وسلاسل توزيع عبر عدة ماكرز بيع تجزئة وماركز البيع الحديثة. كما تملك شركة شاكر علامة خاصة باسمها.
هيكل الشركة والشركات التابعة لها
تتألف مجموعة شاكر من الشركة الأم وعدة شركات تابعة لها:
-شركة الحسن غازي ابراهيم شاكر HGISC: هي الشركة الأم وتم إنشاؤها عام 1994 كشركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة، وقد تم تحويلها إلى شركة مساهمة مقفلة بتاريخ 18/8/2008. تقوم الشركة بتصنيع تجارة التجزية والجملة لمنتجات التبريد والتكييف
شركة ابراهيم شاكر المحدودة ISC: تم إنشاؤها عام 1982 وهي الشركة المتخصصة بتجارة التجزئة والجملة للأجهزة المنزلية بكافة أنواعها.
-شركة ابراهيم حسين شاكر للمشاريع والصيانة (IHSPMC): تم إنشاؤها عام 2006 بهدف تخديم المشاريع الحكومية.
شركة إل جي شاكر المحدودة: LGSC: هي شركة مساهمة بين شركة إل جي للالكترونيات الكورية وشركة الحسن غازي ابراهيم شاكر ، تم إنشاؤها عام 2006 بهدف تصنيع المكيفات في المملكة.
شركة الرؤية الجديدة للالكترونيات والأجهزة الالكترونية: New Visionهي شركة مساهمة خاصة في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية بهدف تصنيع وتوزيع الأجهزة المنزلية الالكترونية.

Shaker Group is an extension of the work that Late Sheikh Ibrahim Shaker had established in 1950 with the objective of importing and wholesaling Air Conditioning Products and Home Appliances. Shaker Group was amongst the first in the Kingdom to enter the air conditioner import and wholesale business and was successful in securing exclusive importation and distribution rights of several major international brands. Shaker Group introduced Air Conditioning Products manufactured by LG in 1994 and by 2000 was successful in gaining market leadership.
Currently, Shaker Group represents more than 8 brands and has a nationwide footprint through a strong network of exclusive sales outlets, service and display centers, warehousing facilities, training academies, and extensive network of distributors including new retailing channel through specialty retailers and hypermarkets. Shaker Group also markets certain OEM products under its own brand name.
Shaker Group Structure and Subsidiaries
Shaker Group consists of a Parent Company and four subsidiaries listed as below:
-Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Company: Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Company (HGISC) is the parent Company. It was initially established in 1994 as a Limited Liability Company (LLC). On the 18th of August, 2008 the Company was converted from an LLC to a Closed Joint Stock Company. HGISC deals in the manufacturing, wholesale and retail trade of Air Conditioning Products and Home Appliances and the maintenance and repair of electrical home and electronic appliances and air-conditioners.
-Ibrahim Shaker Company Limited: Ibrahim Shaker Company Limited (ISC) was established in 1982. ISC deals in the wholesale and retail of Home Appliances, including free standing and built-in large kitchen appliances, small kitchen appliances, water coolers, and Air Conditioning Products.
-Ibrahim Hussein Shaker Project and Maintenance Company Ltd: Ibrahim Hussein Shaker Project and Maintenance Company (IHSPMC) was established in year 2006.
IHSPMC was formed with a purpose of better serving governmental entities and projects.
LG Shaker Company Ltd: LG Shaker Company (LGSC) is a joint venture between LG Electronics Inc. of Korea and Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker. LGSC was established in 2006, with the objective of manufacturing air-conditioners in accordance with foreign investment license.
-New Vision for Electronics and Electrical Appliances: New Vision for Electronics and Electrical Appliances (New Vision) is a private shareholding Company organized and existing under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, with the objective of Production and distribution of household, electrical, electronic appliances.
